Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
Payment

Payment Processing: Your payment information is processed securely by our payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information.
Authorization: All payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery if authorization is not received.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally (where available). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are shipped pursuant to a shipping contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
No Returns Policy
Custom-Made Products: Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Damage Exception: We will replace items damaged during shipping at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on this Site, including photographs, graphics, text, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Authentic Industries, Inc. and Chad Ziemendorf, protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
Your Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Loyalty Program

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
