Why Most Art Disappears
The Difference Between Decorating and Commanding

You've seen rooms where the art disappears. Beautiful work, properly framed, correctly lit - and somehow the wall is still waiting.
The problem isn't taste. It's scale.
Most pieces fit ON a wall. The right piece transforms the room you walk into.
That's what these are for.
For Discoverers, Not Followers
Your Advisor Didn't Recommend This.
No auction history. No safe bet. No one in your circle owns it yet.
These works aren't about signaling that you collect - they're about what happens when you stop performing and start feeling.
You don't need another approved name.
You need something that's actually yours.
Immersive Scale Masterworks
Scaled To Transform
Taller Than You. Wider Than Your Reach.
These pieces stand 6.5 feet tall and span 16 feet wide. The kind of scale that stops conversation when you walk into a room.
Archival. Limited. Installed.
Produced on substrates rated for 100+ years. Edition of seven per work, plus two artist proofs. Professional art handlers deliver and install - white-glove placement included.
For collectors seeking something truly singular, custom commissions are available by inquiry.
Rooted in Land That Still Teaches.
The Northern Plains. The same terrain that rebuilt Theodore Roosevelt in 1884. It still works.

The Artist
Why This Exists.
I didn't set out to make art for walls. I set out to understand why certain places change how I feel.
The first time I stood in the North Dakota Badlands, something shifted. My breathing slowed. The noise in my head went quiet. I felt, for the first time in a long time, like my soul could exhale.
I've spent years returning to these landscapes, waiting for the light that lasts only minutes, trying to capture what can't be explained. Peace. Resilience. Perspective. Renewal.
These works exist because I believe that feeling shouldn't require a plane ticket. It should meet you where you live and work. It should be waiting for you at the end of a hard day, reminding you what matters.
That's what Immersive Scale Masterworks are for. Not to decorate a room. To change how you feel when you walk into it.
If you have a landscape that's shaped you - a place that changed how you breathe - I'm open to creating something that exists nowhere else. I accept two to three custom Immersive Scale commissions per year, for collectors who want their own singular work.
FAQs
Will the image still look good at this size?
Yes. Each work is captured with medium format Phase One equipment, then stitched from multiple files to create an extreme-resolution master. The result is startling clarity at 16 feet - detail and lifelike richness you can even see if your nose is on the acrylic glazing.
How is it shipped?
Each work ships from Germany in a custom crate, engineered specifically for safe transit of large-format archival prints. Fully insured from production through installation.
How does installation work?
I'll be there with my team. We handle unboxing, placement, and installation personally to ensure the work is positioned exactly as it should be.
What does my wall need to support?
Each work arrives with a proprietary aluminum rail system engineered specifically for large-format installations. We assess your wall construction during the planning phase - most residential and commercial walls accommodate these works with standard mounting solutions. If reinforcement is needed, we'll advise before installation.
How long from purchase to installation?
Typically 8-12 weeks including production in Germany, custom crating, transit, and scheduling installation with your team.
How many editions exist?
Seven per work, plus two artist proofs. Once sold, they're gone. No reprints. No exceptions.
Do you offer smaller sizes?
Immersive Scale Masterworks are designed for 16-foot installations. If your space requires a slightly smaller fit, we customize to your wall at the same investment level. For works 10 feet and under, the Signature Series collection is coming soon.
What if I'm building or renovating?
We can work with your architect or designer to plan the installation around your construction timeline.
Why North Dakota?
I discovered something in the Badlands - peace, resilience, perspective and renewal. These six works come from that landscape, but future releases will represent other geographies. The mission is to bring that feeling anywhere.
Do you do custom commissions?
Yes, I've done many custom commissions and look forward to bringing your vision to life. If you have a specific landscape or theme in mind, let's talk. Contact Chad directly →

Introducing "Breakthrough"
How This One Found Me

I went out that morning for a different picture entirely. The fog was so thick I couldn't see twenty feet ahead. I thought the shoot was ruined.
Driving back toward town, I noticed a golden glow erupting from behind a hillside to the south. I parked the truck, grabbed my gear, and hiked up that hill as fast as I could.
This unforgettable scene is what was waiting.
I set my tripod in the nick of time - six vertical captures that I could later stitch together. Within thirty seconds, the sun slipped behind a cloud and the moment was gone.
That's how it works out here. You show up, you wait, and sometimes the land gives you something you didn't know you were looking for.
